✈️ Our Role

We act as professional pet travel coordinators and freight forwarders. We guide you through documentation requirements, arrange flights and logistics, liaise with airlines and authorities, and coordinate the process from start to finish. We do not operate aircraft, airport facilities or veterinary services.

🐶 Responsibility During Travel

You remain your pet’s legal owner at all times. Once your pet is formally accepted by the airline or their appointed handler, responsibility transfers to them for the flight and airport handling procedures. Airlines and authorities operate under their own terms and regulations.

💳 Fees & Payments

Fees are confirmed in writing before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. Payments are processed securely and we do not store full card details. If a third party pays on your behalf, your agreement remains directly with Tailwings.

🛡 Insurance

We strongly recommend arranging appropriate transit insurance for your pet. While we manage the logistics carefully, insurance provides financial protection for rare events beyond anyone’s control.

⚖ Liability

Like all professional freight forwarders and coordinators, our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services. We are not responsible for airline or government decisions beyond our control.
