What does this mean exactly? Well, did you know that it is mandatory for all dogs entering the UK to have their microchips registered on an Defra approved database? Well, we are elated to inform you that we have received approval to register details on the behalf of your customers. We are the only UK Pet Shipper to receive this approval, proving that once again, we are pushing the boundaries to provide a beneficial and 360 degree service to all of you.
We do not have to be the clearing agent in the UK to register the microchip – we simply require that we receive authorization to do so. The authorisation form can be conveniently dowloaded from our new web page here . We are able to provide this service no matter which port the pets arrives at.
