IPATA held it’s 39th international conference in Rome at the weekend and of course we were there and met some wonderful people. Over 200 people attended ranging from pet shippers to airlines and included all those who are dedicated to the welfare and safety of pets during transportation. Some attendees we knew already and it was great to catch up, some we knew from emails and it was lovely to put a face to an email address and others we met for the first time with which we will be working closely with in the future to serve our mutual customers better. As you can imagine it was full on but very informative and essential for keeping us all up to date in order to serve our mutual customers well.
It wasn’t all work though as there was time for a spot of sight seeing so will be adding some more pics soon.
Just to say to everyone we met…”it was a pleasure to meet you” and here’s to the next one 🙂
